Timbers Edge Villas is a Townhome Community that was established in late 2002. We are located near the intersection of Essington and Fiday Roads (see directions tab above). There are 29 buildings containing 114 Villas...most of them being ranch-style. Each Villa has it’s own private attached 2-car garage. Amenities available to everyone include a 3000 sq ft clubhouse, exercise room, and swimming pool.

We are NOT an age restricted community.
